Colette’s is a small family diner located in the heart of Glace Bay, specializing in breakfast and homemade cooking just like “ Mom” used to make.  Patrons keep returning for the friendly service , hearty portions, and reasonable prices.  The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable where everyone is welcome whether coming from work , a workout, or just out with the family grabbing a bite.  

Colette’s opened in 2004 and currently employs 20 people.  Owner Colette Martin grew up in the restaurant business as her family owned the busy diner for 34 years. While a lot has changed, some recipes are still used today.  Opening at 6 am and closing at 8:30pm daily, Colette’s offers Eat In, Take Away and Delivery. Colette, Frankie and staff are  so very grateful to all their loyal customers who have supported them the past 17+ years, particularly as of late with a pandemic upon us. "We are truly humbled! "
